Brioche Buns 60g 4s

Brioche is considered a Viennoiserie because it is made in the same basic way as bread, but has the richer aspect of a pastry because of the extra addition of eggs, butter, liquid (milk, water, cream, and, sometimes, brandy) and occasionally sugar.  To make our Brioche more versatile, it is shaped like the the Gold Standard and most versatile of soft rolls ~ the Hamburger.  It's size and shape make it a great option to use for your homemade burgers on Burger Friday or any other day of the week!
