Generally, our Kosher lines are produced between a Thursday and Friday morning.  However,  we are able to assist should Kosher goods be necessary for special occasions.

By arrangement, a mashgiach comes to the bakery to check the eggs, remove a piece of dough for the blessing (the dough is allowed to dry on a shelf) as well as turn the ovens off and on.  No Kosher lines are produced without the presence of the mashgiach. 

Please note: Kosher lines are only available for delivery or collection on Fridays, unless alternative arrangements have been made

Please place your orders for Kosher items by 14h00 on Wednesdays

Production of other Kosher lines will be subject to a mashgiach fee of R2.00 per packet ~ please contact us directly to arrange this.
